Luna Belle’s accept returns and offer full refunds on all items except the ones listed as non-refundable, We do not offer exchanges.
Customers must let us know within 7 days if they are requesting a refund, anything past this will not be accepted.
In order to be eligible for a refund, All goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in the same condition as received, un-used & with the original labels still attached.
Please note some items are non-returnable. These are listed on a separate page which you can find at the bottom of our website.
Payment for returns is the customers responsibility and must be sent back to us via recorded delivery & refunds will be processed within 28 days.
We reserve the right to not refund items that have been damaged or appeared to be worn and not in the quality stated in order to be eligible.
